How do I send my documents to an agency or hospital employer?
There are two ways to send documents. First you must upload all your documents. You may then click on the envelop image on the right side of the site just below the blue navigation bar or select Send My Documents from the My Account drop down menu. Enter the recipient information, select the documents you want to send using the check boxes, add a subject (usually relating to the job opening), type your message ( Why you are a good fit for this position), review what you are sending and your message, and click on Send Email.
Can anyone join Travel Nurse Circles?
No! Travel Nurse Circles is for travel nurses only. Your current nursing license number is used to verify that you are an active nurse. Non nurses are not allowed access.
Who has access to my information?
Only you have access to all of your information. Travel Nurse Circles does not sell or distribute your information. We do not allow agency access to Travel Nurse Circles.
How secure is my information at Travel Nurse Circles?
Your documents and information are hosted in Salesforce an internationally secure site utilized by thousands of businesses worldwide.
Is there a limit to how many documents or the types of documents I can load and store at Travel Nurse Circles?
You have unlimited amounts of documents and storage and best of all it’s free. Only you have access to your documents to add or edit information at any time.
How much does it cost to maintain my nursing records at Travel Nurse Circles?
Travel Nurse Circles is free to all licensed nurses with a focus on Travel Nursing.
How do I select documents to send to potential placement agencies?
Simply create a cover email and select all the documents and experiences you wish to include. We suggest at least your last four travel nursing contracts and 3 references.
Can I work with any travel nurse placement agency?
Travel Nurse Circles was developed strictly for licensed nurses. You may work with any or all placement agencies of your choice.
Can I send my resume and related documents to any job opening or does it have to be a job posted in Travel Nurse Circles?
Travel Nurse Circles was built for you the Travel Nurse. You may use the site to send your resume and related documents to any agency or health care facility even if the job is not posted in Travel Nurse Circles jobs.
How do I calculate potential income from a particular job opening?
Simply select the job opening and enter the pay and stipends into the Income Analyzer
to calculate the potential income.
Can I create my own social group with the Travel Nurse Circles blog?
The first step is to search the Travel Nurse Circles Blog
to see if there is a similar group you can participate in. If no such group exists then you can create your own group and start sharing information.
Can I find other travel nurses in Travel Nurse Circles ?
Yes. Simply search for other nurses you know by name or search for nurse specialties and invite them to be friends. It’s up to the contacted nurse to accept or decline your invitation.
Can I search for jobs in specific regions of the country?

Why wouldn’t a hospital or health care facility accept a standardized formatted Travel Nurse Circles application?
Some hospitals want to get you into their “Applicant Tracking System” which requires you to complete their online application. However most applicant tracking systems allow you to upload a resume along with additional documents. This is where you can use Travel Nurse Circles features to complete the online application.
Why should I update my information as each contract is completed?
Keeping all your documents up to date will save time when you apply for a new contract. We suggest that as you complete each contract you update your profile in Travel Nurse Circles. Include your specialties, the areas you worked in, references, and any additional training you have completed.
Is there a way to sort the order of my licenses and certificates on my profile?
All documents and information stored in Travel Nurse Circles are in date order from most recent to oldest. You may select and of these records as you wish. Please contact us customercare@TravelNurseCircles.com
with any document sorting criteria you feel important and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
I have all my documents stored with another website. What is the advantage of Travel Nurse Circles over others?
Travel Nurse Circles is a private website built only for Travel Nurses. Unlike other document storage sites agencies and outside employers do not have access to your records. So you won’t be inundated with requests to apply for jobs. However you may select needed documents and send them to your favorite agency when you need a new contract.
Can I change or modify my personal information such as my email address or phone number?
Yes! You have ultimate control of your personal or nursing information and can add, delete, or change any stored information loaded into the site.
Can I add and share information regarding my contract location including hospital, housing or location reviews and information?
Yes! You can add comments and share your experiences about facilities in the Hospital Search
section of Travel Nurse Circles. Housing and location information can also be shared in our log or in the search results of our Travel Nurse Resources
Where can I find information on continuing education courses, license renewal, and immunizations?
All this information along with discount travel, housing, local entertainment & attractions, RV Parks, as well as croc pot and slow cooker recipes in the Travel Nurse Resources
section of the site.
Where do I load my skills check list?
Because different nurse specialties have different skills check list we recommend loading your skills check list/s as separate documents under the My Documents section of your profile. Be sure to name each check list appropriately so you and your recipient can easily identify the specific skills check list.
